Create your profile

Tell us your budget, parish, and what you're looking for in a co-buyer. Takes about two minutes.

2

We review it

Every profile is checked by a real person before it's browsable — not published automatically. This keeps the pool genuine.

3

Browse & request a connection

Look through approved profiles. When one looks like a fit, request an introduction — we facilitate it, we don't hand out contact info directly.

4

Connect & decide together

Once introduced, you and your co-buyer talk it through directly — what you're pooling, what you both need — before browsing listings or involving a lawyer.

Frequently asked

Questions people usually ask first

Why do connections go through TwoKeys instead of showing contact info directly?

Safety. Every profile is manually reviewed before it's browsable, and when you request a connection, a real person facilitates the introduction rather than your phone number being visible to every stranger who browses the site. It's an extra step, but it's the difference between a matching platform and an open contact list.

Does TwoKeys verify property titles or NHT eligibility?

No. TwoKeys is an advertising and matching platform only — the same way Zillow doesn't verify a listing's accuracy. Sellers declare they hold a registered title when listing; TwoKeys doesn't check, confirm, or vouch for that declaration. Your own lawyer verifies title and eligibility during the actual closing, exactly as they would in any normal Jamaican property transaction.

Does TwoKeys touch any money?

Never. TwoKeys doesn't collect, hold, or move any purchase funds, deposits, or NHT money at any point. Any money involved in an actual property purchase moves directly between you, your co-buyer, the seller, and your lawyer — entirely outside this platform.

Is this affiliated with the National Housing Trust?

No. TwoKeys is an independent platform built around the NHT's July 2026 policy changes (the Advance Deposit Loan and increased purchase loan caps), but it is not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the NHT in any way.

How much does it cost to find a co-buyer?

Nothing, ever, for buyers. TwoKeys is free to create a profile, browse matches, and request connections. Sellers, lawyers, and real estate agents join as paying partners — that's how the platform is funded.

What if I'm interested in more than one parish?

TwoKeys is live in all 14 parishes, and your profile lets you rank up to 3 parishes in order of preference. We use that to find you a co-buyer whose parish preferences actually overlap with yours, instead of matching on budget alone.
